Chicago-area real estate developer Terra Firma Co. has just launched Phase One of a website for its new Fountain View property. Swartwerk Media Design is creating the website to help market this unique development, which offers condominiums with green design elements in the heart of Lincoln Square. We developed a solution for Phase One to capture sales leads and direct potential buyers to the appropriate person to manage their requests. |

Attracting more than 325,000 unique visitors a year, the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce website is the premier resource for information about the Lincoln Square neighborhood. At the end of 2006, Swartwerk Media Design put a centralized calendar in place so that all 2007 events listed on the website could be accessed and updated easily. Almost immediately, the calendar became one of the most visited areas of the website. |

A pioneer in e-commerce, Smallflower launched its first online store selling natural health, bath, and body products in 1998. When it was time for a complete redesign, Smallflower hired Swartwerk Media Design to join its team. Swartwerk Media Design collaborated on a design and usability strategy while providing HTML coding, product photography, and graphics to make sure that the latest version of the website was ready to launch for the 2006 holiday shopping season. |

The Lincoln Park Business Development Institute (LPBDI) developed by the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce invited Swartwerk Media Design to run a workshop on effective methods of marketing your business through the Internet. Swartwerk Media Design discussed how business owners can capitalize on the value of a well designed website, whether their businesses are large or small. Other topics covered included search engine optimization, maximizing keywords, website compatibility, and website accessibility. |

Each year the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce publishes this guide to the neighborhood and distributes more than 15,000 copies to neighbors and local businesses. The guide includes local business listings, photos of the Lincoln Square area, a complete calendar of annual events, and neighborhood history. Swartwerk Media Design collaborated with the Chamber and other creative resources to develop this guide, providing photography, research, writing, editing, and design services. |

Swartwerk Media Design has just completed the 50th in a series of Member of the Month stories for the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce. A popular feature of the chamber's website, the Member of the Month provides an opportunity to learn about the lives and histories of the business owners in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. Since instituting this feature in 2002, Swartwerk Media Design has interviewed, written about, and photographed 50 members for the Chamber. |
